As paper selection is one of the best ways to promote your green initiative, it’s important to note that Independent Printing is an FSC and Green Seal certified printer.

Independent is an FSC-certified printer, adhering to the requirements of the Forest Stewardship Council as a Chain of Custody supplier. Our certification was granted by SmartWood, an affiliate of the Rainforest Alliance, and confirms that we follow the Forest Stewardship Council’s rigid standards.

The FSC seal acknowledges responsible wood management from the forest to the end user. It demonstrates our commitment to sound forestry practices in the products you buy. Our customers are welcome to use the FSC logo on any project printed on FSC certified paper.

We’re also proud to be certified by the Rainforest Alliance. The Rainforest Alliance is an international nonprofit conservation organization that certifies forestry and agricultural operations. Their mission is to protect ecosystems, and the people/wildlife that depend on them by transforming land-use and business practices, as well as consumer behavior.
